They are fairly quick to respond to problems. I had issues will my bill pay service and Altschul Realty responded by sending an eviction notice rather than calling me to resolve the problem. I have rented from them for 25 years! When I responded to the eviction notice and explained the problem their response was to threaten me to add more onto the late fee if I did not pay them right away. I asked for their hours and location, went to their office during those hours and the door was locked. I later called and told them that the sign on their door listed several businesses and I did not feel comfortable dropping my check with SSN on it into a mail slot which is accessible by many people. I paid my rent and the late fee and the next month they raised my rent.
