The Retreat at Arc Way Apartments

DON'T DO IT!!!!! They are scam artists. They are ready to give you an apartment that they say ready to move in. Then they ask for $200 admission fee and $50 application fee. After you give them your money they tell you that you need to give them all types of fees to move in. Christy would act like she wants to help you but all they want to do is take your money. She have been telling everyone who calls that she have a 2 bedroom 1 bath move in ready but after she gives you the tour of the ppl ace and take your money they would come back and say that you'll need $1700 or more to move into an apartment that cost $800 a month. That fee is not including the admission fee they charge. One again I would never go back to their property or sister properties. DON'T DO IT. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! !!

Also they are very rude and very unprofessional. That's every one in that office.

Bldg 4067 is terrible. Groups of Jobless people standing outside all day and night talking loud and playing loud music. I'm in the next building and can't sleep,now this is ridiculous.this is not fair to the hard working people who pay rent.what's sad is I'm not the only one contemplating on breaking the lease.complaints and nothing done.
