Fields at Peachtree Corners

this is the worst apartment i ever lived in!! i lived across from projects and that was way better than this! i moved out here may of 09, and i had problem until i moved in september. that shows how long i stayed....the women in the leasing office seem to be incompotent,the mantinence crew never does thier jobs & if the do, it's half done..i was living in mold! told them of that problem and several others which they neglected to fix until i threatened how it was illegal to have residents in a dwelling place that has mold and i can break the lease. oh, and by the way,the whole building smells of mold. that day they came to my apartment,did half a** jobs and expected me to be content...i informed them that they could either move me to another apartment or give deposit back..they tried to get me another apartment and that one had water spots all in the ceiling (if you don't know, that causes mold). they also were supposed to pay for my uhaul,upolstry cleaning and utility transfer. i asked for deposit back.couldn't find another place in time and people to help me move (alone with 2 kids),so i asked for a different apartment. they refused to give me another because the manager said "i complain too much"!!!! she refused to give me statements,copies of the mold reports,her managers number ect. ,and went back on what she said about the paying for furniture to be cleaned! in all i had to tell my story...the worst place!!!! they treat everyone poorly i beleive because they are foriegn and the residents don't want to rock the boat any, so they live in filth...!!! don't move there!!!!! they don't deserve a star! this isn't "hating" it's fact!
