I have been a customer for four years and I am glad to have found a vet clinic that I can trust and charges a reasonable price for services. They treat my dogs and cats very well. Dr. Flanders is straight-forward with his clients and I wouldn't want it any other way.

We had our 15 yr old dog euthanized here a few weeks ago and were promised a ceramic paw print as a memento. However, the office staff apparently forgot to take a paw print and sent his body to be cremated. Now we have no lasting memory of our beloved family member. We are so distraught by this act of negligence and disorganization from the staff, as we clearly communicated our wishes. I would hate for this to happen to any one else as we are completely devastated.

Good place to take pets for inexpensive vaccines.

However I would take them somewhere else for an illness. They do not seem to be very through and listen to your concerns. They did blood work and a battery of other testing and antibiotics to no avail.

Four weeks later we took our pet to a different vet for a second opinion knowing something was still wrong and we weren't getting anywhere close to a solution with V.I.P and we were informed that our pet was VERY sick and had to be put down.

Love this place. My dog, Rocky was treated with utmost respect and kindness. I fully recommend their services!

Good value for the money. Walk in clinic convenient and easy. Front staff very helpful and courteous. My dog had his puppy shots and they filled out all the 4-h paperwork for dog obedience for me and gave me extra copies.
