I'll be completly honest about my experience. First I was pretty upset when I called them. #1 purchased an Angies List coupon that I thought was for a truck load. It was but a small load. If something seems to good to be true it probably is. #2 I was having difficulty with my schedule and the coupon clearly stated no rescheduling with out 24 hour notice. They leat me slide the first time but the second was different. #3 The owner told me to get a refund for the deal and call back when I could schedule.

I wasn't happy. The owner (Mike) handled my issue like he was reading a corporate script. But in the end he did make me understand the his business side of it.



So with that all said the reason I'm happy in the end with this company is I used the coupon as a discount. Mike sent 3 nice guys out on Sunday (not normally open) to complete the job of cleaning the garage and mini barn out. Mike did call Monday to make sure every thing was good. Total price was $500 minus coupon $150. $350 in the end for a lot of junk.

These guys are busy so it sometimes hard to get scheduled. If they give you a time frame and day don't reschedule. I had to reschedule and it took 3 days to get back on the pick up route. We have hired them 3 times and always great guys and fair price.

Mike arrived right on time, had the job done very quickly, and cleaned up after himself. On top of that he was very polite, friendly, and professional. He had a smile on his face even after hauling away hundreds of pounds of dirt and landscaping debris! Can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.

My wife and I hired Crew Cleanup to assist us with a large property cleanup that required numerous haul-away trips over a period of several months. We are glad we found these guys! Crew cleaned out a rental property for us in Lapel and exceeded all of our expectations. They really know there business and need 0 direction. Mike and Crew has done work for us many times. They have hauled furniture, tree limbs, misc. junk and helped us move. Mike is very friendly and always easy to work with. Between us and our family, we have used this company close to 10 times. Always perfect!!!

Was on time and the price was right. Mike says what he will do and he does it. I highly recommend hiring these guys the next time you need junk or trash hauled.
