Absolutely five stars from me! I arrived at 1pm for my scheduled appointment and was taken care of right away. By two o'clock I was already driving out! Now that is fast service. The technician even showed me the part that was being replaced. Amazing!

I have been leasing cars for a long time now. I've visited different dealers across the entire U.S. and every time, the sales associates cut contact after buying a car from them. However, different story with Star Nissan. Even after the sale was completed, I received not one call but a few from my sales associate to make sure the car is servicing me well. They even set up an appointment for me three months from now for an oil change, I didn't even had to pick up the phone! Amazing service.

Customer service is guaranteed at this dealership. As a first time car buyer, I was hesitant to purchase a used car over a new one, however due to school loans, I knew what I was looking for and could afford. I'm happy to say that I was able to finance my brand new dream car for a great price without going over my budget. Star Nissan literally made my day, very happy and pleased.

I usually do not write reviews for businesses unlessit was a great experience. Let me start by saying that the entire staff; from sales, to financing and service are honest, fun and easy going, down to earth individuals. I've never had such a great experience, ever in my life (no exaggeration)! I had the pleasure to meet Mr.Magee, my sales advisor last week. I purchased a Murano, fully loaded for a great price (thanks to the finance guy). There were a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed, and Dave the service manager took care of it with no hesitation. I walked out the dealership as happy as can be. My overall experience was excellent! Im very happy and satisfied I went to Star Nissan rather than any other dealer! If you are in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Star Nissan.

HORRIBLE

I took my car in for what seemed to be regular upkeeping and fixing a tire of mine, but it wasn't. I didnt think much of taking my personal belongings out of my car since it is supposed to be a "reputable establishment", but I was wrong. Even though i sat and waited along with a friend of mine my gsp was stolen out of my vehicle. At first I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt, even though I never take it out of my car, and I am a regular customer and I have never had problems in the past. So right when i realized it was missing i conpletely torn through my car trying to see if it had fallen any where or something. But no, it wasn't in my car. Once I tried to call the company i spoke with the customer service manager and to say the least he wasnt very helpful. I explained my situation to him, and all he could say to me was "his employees dont steal", and that the cameras wont go back to the point in time when it occured. I find this to be poor service and I dont think I will continue my service with that location any longer. BE CAREFUL AND EMPTY YOUR CAR OUT IF YOUR TAKING IT THERE.

Rip-off service

I brought my SUV into service department. I have a extended warranty. They made false repairs I never requested and charged the Nissan insurance for work they never did. The service manage, service writer and mechanic are all involved. The Service manager even admitted the work was never done but charged against my policy. They told me the mechanic would be fired but he was not and is still employed there. It has been report to the various state and local enforcement departments about these practices they are doing....
