"Take Your Trash From Bristol Back Home"

Ariana M, married a complete loser. Guess this is a perfect match for degenerate trash of the earth. The Groom needed a paddy wagon to be shipped off to jail not a limo service.

The truck should have never been moved from the start. The guy driving the monster truck was sloppy drunk. When the truck left the location later, the driver and everyone else was drunk as hell. Putting every ones lives at risk.

The level of drunkenness of the Groom was like a Spring Break on crack, an out of control raging lunatic. He had no respect for his wife nor to the facility that hosted the event. A complete and utter embarrassment.

The Groom was vomiting and was showing signs of public drunkenness. Not only that but causing destruction and property damage to the landscape, by destroying flowers and plants with his projectile vomiting. While stomping and uprooting flowers.

The Groom than starting throwing up in the shuttle van and on passengers from the wedding. That is a nice way to treat your guests, puke on them.

Who am I just a witness from the Rose Bank Winery who had to clean up all the vomit from the Groom.

Booked for my wedding on 10.21.16.
From start to finish nothing but problems that started off as fixable to harassment by their driver.
-scheduled us for wrong dates
- refund for 1 canceled trip was not returned within 48-72 business hours as they claim, instead 1-1/2 weeks later
-refused my groom a ride back to the hotel which I understand under contract they can do that however he wasn't belligerent, not yelling or acting crazy but until our best man offered the driver $50 to take him The driver took the cash & my husband immediately. Until he hit our truck my husband got out.
- driver backed into my husbands truck as we're pulling away. Driver never got out to check for damage immediately after it happened as he claims. We got his insurance card.
- I called the office a couple days later to complain which they inturn knew nothing about the driver hitting our truck or accepting $50 to take the groom back to the hotel.
- about 20 minutes after speaking to the office, the driver calls my cell phone twice, I didn't catch either phone call so I called back to see who called(his voicemail didn't pop up until after I hung up with him) He immediately starts yelling at the top of his lungs rambling the same thing he had left me in his voicemail, which I screen shot his voicemail he left when I didn't pick up from the second call. He said the office told him that I claimed there was thousands of dollars in damage. Not once did I say or claim that but instead I said I was having our truck check for damages and we would let them know.
-I called the office back to tell them their driver called me and harassed me over the phone about something that should of been handled between him and his office.

Unprofessional, the driver was not pleasant when he picked us up, I don't know how they allow a person like him to still drive people. Out of the 100 of people that attended my wedding everyone now knows not to use their service being that most of them are from the area.

Drivers are always clean cut and dressed great, and especially always on time! They always take very good care of their clients, and their needs!

I cannot say enough how wonderful Advanced Limousine was for my wedding rehearsal and wedding day transportation on labor day weekend. We used the fabulous MKT Limousine for the bridal party, the 1960 Rolls Royce for myself and my father to get to the wedding, a shuttle bus for my guests, and last but not least car service to and from to get my grandparents safely to and from our wedding. All drivers were on time and provided water bottles in each limousine. Even the employees in the office were great! Stephanie called me a couple days before to make sure all addresses were correct and that the transportation timeline matched up with our wedding day needs. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude. Thank you so much Advanced Limousine for being apart of our wedding!

Worst company Ever!! Not only did they over charge me, but they charged me twice!! And I called and called for a refund and they kept saying in 48 hours I would get one! I called my bank and never a pending refund was found. Then eventually I called the company to cancel my ride and try again for my refunds and they would not answer my phone calls anymore. When I called using a different phone they answered right away!! They are theives and only take your money!! Do not use this company!!! DO NOT GIVE them your credit card number!! They are theives and evill and cruel. Thank god I got my money back and had proof that my future date to use them was not met yet and all receipts. Stay far away from them!

Will not use this company ever again. I wasn't a frequent user of their services but I think a decent amount for a non company. And I was planning a bachelor party that didn't pan out I reserved the limo 2 weeks before the date and actually cancelled it a week before and they of course kept my deposit. I hope that 200 was worth it to them cause now they will never see a dime of my money again.
