Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing of DPN

Since we have had Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing fix our basement we have not had ANY issues with water. The workers that came out were so professional, polite and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It was money well spent and I would recommend this service to anyone considering having any kind of work done.

We heard about Mid-Atlantic from a colleague who said their work was 'brilliant.' We were very satisfied, too. Our job was done in 2011 and we haven't had any problems with water since. We don't worry any more when it rains heavily; we now have peace of mind. The installers were very professional and hard working, and we appreciated their efforts to keep the house clean and to keep us updated on their progress.

We experienced flood after flood in our basement and needed help. We contacted Mid-Atlantic and from the start we were impressed with them. The rep came out and spent time answered our questions and explaining the entire process from start to finish. They also took care of our concerns about cost. They were able to come out and start and finish the job in a timely manner. We have not had one drop of water in the basement since this time. Hurricane Sandy was no match for Mid-Atlantic's work...dry and no worries. I would recommend this company to anyone. We had one question after the work was completed regarding the back up battery and they came out and took care of it the next day. They have always returned our phone calls promptly and I trust them completely.

My basement has leaked forever, and when I say forever, I mean since 1976 when my father purchased the home. Mid-Atlantic came out and within a day corrected year of damage. 10 years ago I needed work done on a portion of my basement which had a water problem. I read about Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing in an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer. We contracted with them, and they did a great job.



2 years ago I had a water problem on the other side of my basement. Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing did the work extremely well, and at the same time I had my back-up battery upgraded.



I could have gone with other firms that would cost less, but I’m sure I wouldn’t get the high quality work, guarantee (including peace of mind that they would still be in business in the future), and follow-up attention that I got. I would not hesitate to use them again as well as recommend them to anyone, including my family and friends.

We had a bad water problem in our laundry room in our basement. We checked the yellow pages for help and came across Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing. We set up an appointment and the sales rep explained in detail what would be done and even worked with us to set up a payment plan that we could live with. The job was completed in one day and the workers did a great job cleaning up everything when they finished the job. They also did a great job eliminating the mold that had formed on our basement walls. The job was done professionally and we are so grateful we no longer have a mold or water problem.
