This place had a great first impression with me:

-seemed crowded, but we got seats with NO wait

-decor and atmosphere was intriguing (Tex-Mex theme)

-tortilla-makers are out in the open so you can watch them crank 'em out!

I ordered the pork sandwich and did not like it...I was almost disgusted cause of the chunks of fat were just so huge....I guess that's not their most-prized dish, BUT I could totally go back for more 'corn cake'! delish!

My friends ordered the Taco special and they thought it was decent but we were all so full from the chips they serve before the meal that we took the rest to go! Better than leaving hungry, though!

If you don't like being embarrassed on your birthday, don't go here! Other than that, I would go back again, and the 'sopapillas' that they serve as the birthday dessert are DELICIOUS!

We have been here numerous times and service and food always great! Today something changed and honestly I'm not sure I will come back anytime soon. The food was as always good but the server had to be the worst in history! He rushed out out apps then only a few min later our entrees came out we weren't even finished our apps!! Then he rushed our entree as we were eating he's clearing the table. I never felt so rushed eating dinner!! After shoveling our food down our throat he throws the check on the table without asking if we want desert, which really is because of their desert we come here the fried ice cream is really good! My kids wanted desert my wife also an only after not paying the bill quickly did he ask if we needed anything else which I obviously replied of course!! He ripped the check off the table crumbled it up and put it in his pocket! My 6 year old ordered vanilla ice cream which was suppose to to come with cherries and whipped cream as the menu stated but what she got was a bowl of frozen barley edible plain vanilla ice cream! It's unfortunate but if u have a bad server it effects your whole business because people like us who are repeats will not return and will most certainly tell my family and friends. Next time I'm just gonna go to EATS where my expectations are much less but the food is still good!

This is the real deal for good Mexican food around here with handmade tortillas and fresh ingredients. Atmospherically, it's typically crowded and noisy, which makes it a good social party-like gathering place with friends or coworkers. Service is prompt, friendly and reliable, making sure that everyone is pleased with their meal. Somehow they've made cornbread (called spoon-bread) taste as incredible as their enchiladas.

This little gem is tucked away on the mall property and is some of the best Mexican food we've eaten in a long time. They make their own tortilla chips so they're piping hot when you receive them with your salsa. The corn spoon bread is to die for!!! Not too sweet but very creamy and satisfying. My husband loves the enchilladas and I always get the chimichangas. Everything smells so wonderful and the decor is bright and inviting. We've never waited for a table and the wait staff are top notch. Excellent!!!

Most Authentic in the Area

MMMMMMmmmm Don Pablo's. Just the sound of that makes my mouth water. Don Pablo's is as close to authentic as you're going to get with a Mexican chain. The tortilla chips and sauces are made fresh on-site and the food is always consistent and doesn't taste like it's been reheated or under warming lights. My favorite dish is the corn pudding. I always ask for a bowl on the side to go along with the serving I get with my meal. The chimichangas are to die for, honestly!
