        I love the group classes in this gym. Raymond's HIIT classes have been life changing for me. He is super positive, pushing people to their limits. Carla's Yoga is very well thought out and just the right intensity, Jennifer's strong nation is awesome, 45 minutes of great workout and finally Sandhya gives a real workout in the saturday morning yoga.
