        I was told the bedrooms could be in better condition. Also the lower floors were very noisy at night.

        Not bad..

        The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but I guess the prices in NYC aren't like the suburbs. If you aren't there to spend time in the room, I would definitely recommend it. The coffee shop in the hotel was a bit pricey, $26 for 2 for breakfast. Location is pretty prime, close to subways and no problem getting a cab.
