Wall Street Realty Advisors, Inc ( WSRA ), an affiliated company, is a New York registered investment adviser. WSRC was formed in November 1998 as a spin-off of the Cantor Fitzgerald's Institutional Property Group ( "IPG" ) ; IPG was originally created in 1991 by the principals of WSRC.
