        Founded in 1992, Times Square Alliance is a nonprofit organization that improves and promotes Times Square. It offers safety and sanitation services, as well as promotes local businesses in the area. The organization also encourages economic development and public improvements and coordinates various events that include the annual New Year's Eve and Broadway on Broadway celebrations. Times Square Alliance manages the Times Square Information Center and advocates on behalf of its constituents with respect to a host of public policy, planning and quality-of-life issues. Its architects, designers and planners has reviewed more than 150 sites, including office towers, public spaces, storefronts, churches, theatres, restaurants, public art and illuminated signage. Times Square Alliance is located in New York City.
