Sky Management

Absolutely disgusting people. After 20 yrs of living in Manhattan, I've never before encountered such horrendous "management". How these slumlords are even able to be in business is a mystery. RENTERS BEWARE !!!! AVOID these people and their illegally inflated rents. Wish I had more time to pursue proper legal action against them. Not going to bother with too many details, but I live in one of their "renovated" units on the UES. They illegally inflated the cost of poor-quality renovations to deregulate the rent on my and many other units throughout the city. I can't wait for my lease to be up. The people that work at their office (Andy, frank, Lindsay and everybody else I've dealt with for years) are the most unprofessional, rude, inexperienced, classless people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The city of NY should put these slumlords out of business. How people that work there are even able to sleep at night is a mystery.

WORST Management company by far. They try and nickel and dime you for everything and do not care about the well being of their tenants. BEWARE! Never rent from them and they are very rude. Living in NY is stressful enough....why have uncooperative management company as well. If you have another option I would take it.
