Poor customer service. Apartment renters are pretty much to their own. I currently stay in one of their aparment properties, and have tried number of times to reach billing department on various issues. Left voicemessages but nobody returns a call. These guys are only good as long as u keep sending the check and ask for nothing else. Pathetic and Shameful !!

Unbelievably unresponsive and unprofessional. If I had the time and resources to pursue legal action against them, I would in an instant. Constant leaking in apartment, so much so that the ceiling has collapsed and two rooms flooded, destroying furniture. They don't respond or even fix the problem to this day. Counting down until my lease ends, and I wouldn't let my worst enemy rent from them.

I live in 122 st and Amsterdam very close Columbia University. the company manages the whole block from 122 to 123, and from Amsterdan to Broadway. They tried to make the look of the building very nice, but once you move in. They did a terrible job on maintaining the building; fixing problem in your apartment. No one response to the call, no one return your email and message. Now we have bedbugs problem, because the company didn't try to fix the bedbugs problem upstairs for 3 months last September.



Stay AWAY from them!!!!!!!!!
