Moving can be very stressful, but these guys made it so much easier. I knew what I wanted and they hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. They even fit my budget and suggested some of very fine moving companies. It was kinda hard to find me a place in Gramercy in my price range, but they showed me so many options and finally, we found the right home for me. I highly recommend Alan from Caliber Associates. As first time renter in the NYC market, we simply couldn't have asked for a better experience in renting our first home. Alan is smart, accessible (he took us to last-minute showings on Christmas Eve) and is a skilled negotiator. Not only does he have a deep understanding of the NYC real estate market, he was also able to provide us with valuable advice and information beyond what I would expect from a typical real estate agent. I've worked with many brokers in NYC and a broker from Caliber Associates was by far the best. The broker along with the office staff were friendly, responsive, knew the market extremely well, and worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely picky and made their agent show me more than a dozen apartments. When I didn't see anything I really liked, the agent along with the head broker- made some phone calls and found me the perfect apartment in a high demand building and even managed to get me a great deal on the amenities (fully comped!). I would never have found the apartment if it wasn't for Caliber Associates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caliber and will not hesitate to work with them again.

Over the years I have worked with many Manhattan realtors. As you know searching for apartments in NYC can be very frustrating but Caliber has made the entire process very quick and easy for me. My experience with Caliber Associates has been outstanding in all respects. Not only are their agents knowledgeable but they immediately understood my needs and did not waste my time with unrealistic possibilities. Within two meetings I got the perfect apartment I wanted for the price I asked for. The agents are personable and professional. It was a joy to work with Caliber Associates and I will be using them in the future.

I had to move out of my old apartment and did not have much time to look for a new place. These guys sure know what they are doing. I was pretty flexible with the location but had particular budget. I'm writing only to say THANKS to Danny Munoz & Caliber Associates for the great service. I went to NY from Chicago to get my son an apartment and they gave us a great service. We lost 1 apartment because we didn't know how fast is the market in the city; Danny just kept the energy up and found the great deal for my son: safe and close to work. Again, this is the least can do to express my gratitude.....!!!!

I would like to express my gratitude for the very good job done by Caliber Associates in helping me find an apartment. They immediately showed me an apartment that I really liked and fit my needs well. Unfortunately, the first apartment was just taken off the market. However, the second apartment Danny showed me was even better. It was exactly what I needed and I immediately put in an application for the lease. Danny Munoz and Shai Gruber were very accommodating with my special needs. They made sure that approval process was done in timely matter and even sent me a copy of the lease by email. I would definitely recommend their services to others and in the future, if I need a service of a realtor again, will be sure to contact Danny Munoz and Shai Gruber.

I am very surprised by the two previous reviews.....

It's true that they asked for a $500 good faith deposit but I got it back at the lease signing and the agent I work with was very helpful and patient (his name is Ashraf by the way), he actually got me an excellent price on a convertible 3 bedrooms in Murray Hill and on top of that he gave us what they call a moving gift, it's basically a check of $600 that we used for the wall payment. What could we expect more then that!!!! No seriously, I was really satisfied with their services and I will definitely recommend them!!
