Went in for a shirt for layering. Nice service to let us know what floor to go to. Fitting room attendant was average but floor staff was great

This is the worst on line retailer I have ever dealt with. First when you make a purchase on line they put a hold on your card in addtition to you purchase. I called customer service to no avail. I asked for a supervisor I was told they don't take phone calls that I could email them. I asked for a retrune phone call if I couldn't get one to come to the phone. No call back. No suprise. They charge$10 shipping for 2 little tee shirts. I am paying $45 for 2 tee shirts that were on clearance. I can return them to the store for a refund but no shipping is refunded. In today's economy, why is a company so pigheaded that they don't return phone calls and add $10 shipping after the fact. My total didn't include that when I gave them the gift card # and my cc#. Ripoff is all I can say. This company is only for the rich and famous not the average person. I am a first time buyer and a last time buyer. The only good is the lesson my dauhgter and I learned by buying from this wolf is sheeps clothing. If a deal looks too good to be true then it probably is too good to be true.
