Sears Optical

It makes me sad to think that in this economy, people of this low caliber, have jobs, while qualified individuals are out of work. The manager for the Optical Department at Sears In Willow Grove Pa, has lied to me, not once, but three times. She claims, they called me, twice to tell me my glasses were in. When I called to ask if they were in she told me “no” and then preceded to tell me when I got there , they had been in for 6 days….lies. I have an iphone, attached to my hip every second, and she has never called me. My home phone , she has never called. She lied to me and told me they closed at 5 on Monday, not true. I took time off of work to make it there on time. The frames they sold me, were junk, the little rhinestones ( I should have known) fell out before the morning the next day. I took them back and ordered another pair , and they came in without all the options I paid for, surprise surprise. I am disgusted, and saddened to think that this is the kind of thing that goes on in a huge retailer like this. I have contacted the highest people in the organization I can , and we will see. However I still have to go back and pick up my glasses again. Do yourself a favor , go to anywhere else.
