Furniture Mart

This was my first purchase with this company. I spoke to someone in the corporate office and still have not heard back from them. yet. WHen I finally got my delivery, my table was cracked. As of this day I am still waiting for my table replacement. It was the worst experience I have had. I was waiting for my delivery for my birthday and ended up having to borrow a card table for my birthday party. I am very disappointed with the services I have received. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I have not received good service from the employees at the store, delivery department or the corporate office. I rate the service I had to a ZERO.

I love shopping at the New Orleans East Furniture Mart. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many different styles of furniture at reasonable prices. I especially like their layaway program. I am able to put down however much I want, keep it in as long as I want and I am even able to change out the furniture if something new catches my eye. Whenever I shop there, my items are in stock and the delivery is so convenient. Also they have two different finance options and a no credit check option. I always go to Furniture Mart when I want to refurnish my house.

i visit this store a was very happy with the service i got, the staff was very helpful. the prices are great!!!!, i bought a sofa and loveseat, i am so happy that i went to this store, this is now my favorite place to shop for furniture,there nothing they would not do to make sure you are happy with your furniture.thanks so much!!!!!!
