Nail Sense

I came recommended by my coworker, saying this place was a nice place, I came for a filling for my acrylic nail, I had a girl name rose, which she doesn't speak English,she clipped my nails and end up breaking them, she said she will fix them after,the nails from the right hand were shorter than the left, she even make cuts in cuticles with the machine, I explained to the owner what happened and he ignored. I am so upset that I spend my money in this place. I don't recommend this place at all, this worse nail place in new Hyde park.

Sometimes the owner can be extremely rude. She is the one in the first chair. I used to come here all the time but she can have a bad attitude. Over my 2-3 years of loyalty I had a couple of accidents where I would accidentally smudge my polish and instead of taking the extra minute to reapply it she insisted the woman who would ALWAYS do my nails glob on another layer making it more likely to peel off later on in the week. Terrible. Also I lost my previous card that they keep track off the # of manicures you get and later found it after I had them start a new one and the owner challenged me as where I got my old card from. Where did she think I purchased it from? EBAY? In addition, they dont charge everyone for those quick dry drops which makes it very sketchy. I have seen the owner give them to some customers gratis but never to me. What makes me less that I have to pay $2 extra. You would think after years of loyalty they would be more courteous. I wouldnt go here. If you're in the area there are a lot more places that are clean & nice like Pink nail.
