        We lost the heat in our living room because of a bad thermostat. After calling Korte, we got an appointment with Rudy Jansen. We have electric ceiling heat which Rudy needed to check and make sure their weren't any broken wires in addition to the bad thermostat. Rudy takes the time to explain his work to the customer and is very thorough and conscientious. Rudy is very trustworthy, and an excellent electrician!

        I came home on Friday evening, and found my basement flooded. My sump pump had stopped working. Chad M was the after hours on call service technician. He was extremely professional and kind. He worked with me to explain different options for repair. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Korte to all!!!! Thank you Chad M!!!!!!
