I'm sitting here typing this after 5 months of frustration with a broken laptop worse off than it was when I gave it to him. For the past two months, Ed has been avoiding phone calls, messages, and emails; didn't show up to many appointments to meet up to return the laptop without answering his phone or letting us know otherwise; and just today, I got the laptop back more broken than when I gave it to him after he LEFT IT ON HIS DOORSTEP outside of downtown New Haven although I told him multiple times not to with no response. I'm just glad I decided to take a chance to drive by his place this morning to see if he left my property outside even though we replied to his email immediately telling him NO! The next time we see him will be in small claims court.



PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I am so glad I found this amazing computer repair place in downtown New Haven. I was working on my computer when I eff'd it. Dr. Edison took it in same day when I called. Ed is fantastic, very professional, got my computer ready for me the following day. Highly, highly recommended!!! So happy now that I found an excellent , easy-go-to place for my computer always standing by in downtown New Haven! Thanks Ed!
