Adoption
Guardianship
David Sayward and Anthony Muir supported us through a difficult guardianship process and were very knowledgeable and empathetic during the painful process. We were able to obtain guardianship and during the court process it appeared that the judge also had respect for them both professionally. There was never a time that they were not available to us. It was also greatly appreciated that Marie was always very kind and responsive to any requests I had.
Spousal Support
David co-authored a chapter in the MCLE publication, “Collaborative Law: Practice and Procedures” entitled “Treatment of Alimony and Child Support in Collaborative Cases.” He also co-authored the New Hampshire Collaborative Divorce Roadmap, Introduction to Collaborative Divorce Roadmap, Pro Bono Financial and Application Instructions for Evaluating Application and other forms and protocols used by NHCLA members.
