Peppinos Pizzeria

I have been living in new Britain for 6yrs and had never had a good slice of pizza on till today !! Pepinos pizza thanks loved ur pizza !!

My boyfriend and I called in an order to be delivered. They said it would be 40 minutes and it ended up being one and a half hours. They didn't even comp us for at least the soda. When I called to check whether or not the food was on its way the person that answered the phone told me he will check and then hung up on me. When I called back, they picked up the phone and hung up I called the third time then I hung up and my boyfriend called. He wad told the owner was comng shortly. It was an additional 30 minutes, it had already been an hour. Yeah, it was pretty ridiculous . We won't be ordering from them ever again. We also belong to a private social club and we'll be telling all our friends not to order from them either. Very, very poor customer service. I gave it one star because it would not allow to submit this if I didn't choose 1-5 stars.

Peppinos is my go to place. Amazing slices and huge. grab and go always fresh. place is small but just what you need in downtown new Britain. friendly staff and family owned.

Ordered my sheet pizza the day before the function. Asked for it to be delivered at 6:30 pm. At 7:00 pm I called to ask where the pizza was. I was told they for got about it because it was called in the day before but said it would be there shortly. At 7:25 it arrived. We opened the box only to find that something had been placed on top of the pizza causing the cheese on 3/4 of the pizza to be stuck to the top of the box. I called to complain and was told to come back for my money. I guess they were banking on me not going in to get my money, because when I arrived they said sorry we want the pizza back before we can give you back your money. They never told me to bring the pizza back in order to get my money back. Never using them again!!!!

I moved back to New Britain a few months ago and was looking for a local place to order food. I fell in love with Peppino's very quickly because their pizza is well-made. Soon, though, as I began to explore the rest of their menu, I became very disappointed. Twice within two days they made my grinder wrong - both times making the same obvious mistake. Today I ordered a salad, thinking they couldn't possibly screw that up. When I walked back to my apartment to eat, I found that the knife they gave me had been used and was beyond dirty and disgusting. When confronted with the dirty utensil, they claimed ignorance and pointed to their utensil holder, as if that were some kind of reasonable explanation. If they cared about their customers, they would have checked everything before letting me pay. I will be calling the health department and will NEVER eat here again. I am appalled and disgusted. They don't even deserve one star, but I had to choose it to submit this review.

shrimp Al fredo was awful. bought two and one was cold. good size food portions but it was not worth the price.

nothing like a large white pizza pie with basil, garlic and tomato.
