        Worse service I have ever had for a place I come to all the time the 2 girls working didn't know what they where doing telling me I could have things with my sub that I always had vary mad here

        I have been going to subways for quite some time and after moving to neenah I have been going to the subway on commercial street... For some reason this subway almost NEVER wants to toast my sub!!! no joke, as odd as that may sound, its true. Out of last 10 times I went here I want to say about half the time the sub was toasted when I asked for it, never had this problem at any other subway. I decided to comment today because today I had the same problem. I went to drive-thru and ASKED; can I please get my sub TOASTED??? I was told YES! but was LIED to! Next time I am not going to pay until I exam the sub I guess...

        the western omlete sandwich is not the same as the black forest ham and cheese and i was treated quite rudely in the drive thru when i question this fact and they made my sandwich wrong
