The store is beautiful inside. The design is nice. The staff is where the problem is. I have went in many times and asked for help for me and my wife and have had a heck of a time getting it. We were looking for Prilosec OTC on our first visit. I saw a larger lady who was in a Blue shirt, her name tag said Deanna, I asked her, "Maam, do you know where the Prilosec would be?" She ignored us, got on the radio she had on and started yelling at someone about building a display and walked away. I was surprised. I followed her and asked her again where Prilosec was. She asked some lady on the radio named Sherry to help us. We waited about seven minutes for a girl wearing piercings, bright red almost fluorescent hair, to come show us. I have never asked again for help. Pick N Save at Fox Point has a nicer staff.
