The apartments are nice but they aren't worth the price. I've found plenty of others at least $50 cheaper at the same square footage without the hassle of the crazy landlady. She brings you a 3 page addendum with her crazy rules when you move in and if your door closes just an octave too loud one day, she writes you up. She made my relatives and boyfriend fill out a credit check form and background check form because they had visited me more than 14 days in a calendar year and "they act like they live here, and they DON'T, and they need to keep in mind that it's MY apartment complex, not theirs". By that she meant them parking in "her" parking lot. She complained about one of my visitors blocking 2 feet of the fire lane and a week later, her visitor parked in front of three garages with their truck and trailer- in the fire lane. Double standards and it's a hassle to live here because you're walking on eggshells the whole time. I'm glad I don't live there anymore- I can breathe!
