Agree with negative review. So many issues it was unbelievable. Nice guy, lots of promises. Lots and lots of promises. 6-8 weeks turned into 6 months! Lower estimate ended same as competitors. Wrong roof height. Didn't match floor height between old house and addition. Total nightmare and I have since run into other people with same experience. When a sub's first question is did you sign the contract...Flags go up. Be forewarned. Too many other choices...Don't do it.

We used Custom Family Homes in 2010. Would never, ever use this business again. Poor customer service and even worse communication. Too many problems to note here. I would give them zero stars if I could.
