All Brands Appliance

In early March all brands came to my house to fix my dishwasher. My son was home and let them in to look at it. The technician called me on my cell at work and told me that I need an airgap installed in order for them to fix it. They said I needed a plumber to install it because they did not know how to. I had a plumber install an airgap. They came back to look at it. I let him in the house and went back to work. He did not leave a note, nor did he call to say what was wrong or if he fixed it. When I got home from work I called to see if it was fixed and Mark said yes it should be good to go. He said he tilted it back and that should fix the leak. My wife and I went to run it and it leaked immediately the exact same way as before. Mark was supposed to come back today and Peggy was supposed to call at 7am to let us know what time they could come. We did not receive a call, so at 9:30am I called Peggy. I asked when he was coming out and she said around 11:30. I asked Peggy if they were charging us for any service calls because nothing was getting fixed. Peggy told me I was lucky that they didn't charge me for the airgap. I told Peggy that a plumber installed it not all brands and asked why they would charge me for something they didn't do. She said exactly, you're lucky we didn't charge you. I asked Peggy who her supervisor was and she said Mark, the technician. I didn't realize they were a husband and wife team so it was weird to me that a service technician was her supervisor. I called Mark and asked the same question, I didn't want to be charged service fee's unless they could fix it. Mark told me it wasn't installed properly and whoever installed the GD thing is an idiot. (Best Buy installed it). I asked Mark if he could fix it or if I should call someone else. Mark told me to go fix it my F-ING self and hung up. I called Van Vreede's because I thought they were affiliated, they are no longer affiliated. The manager said they don't use them anymore (They use Howie Voit) because of all of the complaints they have had from customers about them. Totally unprofessional and here we sit more than 30 days later without a working dishwasher. They have a 20% off coupon don't use it! They have no idea what they are doing and are extremely rude and completely unprofessional!
