This dental office is in a convenient location, especially if you live in Needham like I do. But I just would like warn people who is thinking of using this dental service. First impression all the staff look very friendly, while then they will give you all kinds of service you don't need, without let you know that you need to pay for these out of pocket beforehand. You think you are going there for an insurance-fully-covered teeth cleaning? Wrong--You end up getting a large bill from them.
I think they have been doing these kind of tricks for a while and that is probably why they don;t really have too many patients--nobody likes to deal with dishonest business. If you are planning to take the risk using this dental office, be extremely cautious with any service they offer and make sure that service is necessary, fully explained, and with your consent,
