Food over rated. Choices limited for those with dietary issues. Need a better choice if crust and dressings. Server seemed angry. Food just mediocre.

After what started as a nice afternoon watching the game, apparently after not ordering enough beer, we were encouraged to leave. We had pizza and drinks, drank responsibly, and quietly watched the FSU game. A little while later they switched the game we were watching off the big screen. After asking for it to be put on one of the small TVs near us they did, and the manager’s explanation was they had to have a competitive game on the big screen, and in a sarcastic tone said our team was going to win anyway. Shortly thereafter they turned the volume on the big screen up loud enough to drown out the game we were watching. Our server (who was very nice) came by and said the manager told her to close our tab since she was ending her shift and that another server would take care of us from then on. That was fine, so I ordered another drink and we paid and tipped her. That was the last time we were offered service. Now, I would understand them wanting us to move along if they were busy, but they were not. I counted 20 empty tables within sight of where we were seated. Helenback promotes itself as a place to go and watch games, but it seems they prefer guests who consume a lot more than my family and I did. And also, no one was watching the “competitive” game they switched to. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

My family and I will never return to this establishment!!! We received the worst service ever!! My family and I came in to eat after the beach, and we sat ordered 1 pizza, 1 appetizer from a waitress by the name of Erica. Not a complicated order for most. We waited for about 30 minutes, and nothing. Two large crowds came in after us. They sat, and ordered, and we continued to wait. Now an hour has gone by and we noticed the tables with the large crowds had received their appetizers, and pizza. We still had nothing. We asked the waitress about our order, and she rudely told us the cook thought the order ticket was from the night before and walked away. Thats funny, because I don't remember her writing anything down. My husband approached the counter at the bar, and asked a woman with short curly hair if she was the supervisor, she laughed it off and said no. He told her the problem, and she was of no help. We ended up Leaving. We are part of the military community here, and word of mouth can hurt a business. I hope the supervisor/owner reads this and reviews his staff, because service like this can bring this buissness down quick. I will not place a foot in this establishment again nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone!!!

FT. Walton Beach:Went there to have a good time with my wife Sat. night. And saw how an employee grabed and yelled at a young lady around in her mid 30's. Left the young lady with bruises all over here body. The lady was with her sister, I guess cause they looked alike. When a latin looking guy showed up and sexually grabed one of the ladies. She left her table to get some help, and an employee just keeped yelling at her and grab her arms Yelling at her to get out of what, and the employee keeped yelling that she was no longer able to go to helen back ever again . The other female was pushed towards the floor by some clients. The first lady that was grabed by the employee of this Helen back ,she keeped sceaming at the employee your hurting me let me go and also sceaming for someone to call the cops. My wife was scared and I have all what happened on my cell phone. It seems that Helen Back knew the latin looking guy and protected him for there own reasons and hurt two young women for no reason. Are they selling more than cheap pizza and drinks? I sure believe so. My co-wokers saw what I recorded in my cell phone and said the same thing. This place should be closed forever. I sure hope that the young ladies are doing well. The Police should check this place out and close all the helen back places the owner or owners have. If I would have been there without my wife. Let's see what would of happened to this coward who likes to yell and grab a lady like if she was a man. The woman beater was around 5"10 or so fat build,white and the two women where around 5 feet tall. Everyone I know I tell them not to go to this place.And If you don't want your wife,sister,girlfriend,or your daughter to get roughed housed by so called men DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Note: one of my former co-woker has a a friend that knows some people. And we all saw the pictures of the arms of the woman.Bruises all over her both arms,shoulders, and even neck! All bruised up and swollen.And the pizza taste like cardboard, warm beer. Poor service and a very dirty place.

Best pizza! Though if you go sit on the hell and back side. Every time we were seated at the other side our pizza and everything came out very cold. Its easy to be forgotten
