Triangle's Other Woman

We appreciated the support that Desmond was able to give us when we were moving from Raleigh to Charlotte. I love that no matter which location you go to - Charlotte's or Raleigh's - the service is seamless and transferrable. I can't say enough about this concept!

I had to call /email several times to make an appointment for a cleaning I prepaid. Finally I was able to do so, only to have the person not even show up on the scheduled day. When I tried to call to advise them of the no-show, the person I needed to speak to was "unavailable", of course. I left a voicemail and emailed asking her to call me reference not her employee not showing up. It has been 4 days and I am still waiting to hear from her. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Really happy with their Personal Assisting Services. The staff is VERY professional and have helped me get more time back into my day. I love not having to worry about the laundry! Jen is the perfect fit for my home and I reccommend her frequently!

I purchased a living social deal to get the services of this company. It took a little longer than I desired to have the cleaning appointment scheduled, but it was worth the wait. The lady that came to clean my home was very detailed. It nothing like coming home to a clean house. I plan to use their services on a routine basis now.

We will not be using Triangle’s Other Women again nor will I let my friends use the services. The value for the service is not worth it, the services were marginal at best.

My roommate and I bought two Living Social coupons in an effort to find a household cleaning service to use monthly. For the first experience our lady left half way through the cleaning, no explanation no communication just left. We called and complained and Triangle’s Other Women send a replacement person to come re-clean our house later that week. The outcome was ok.

Still having a coupon left and wanting to give them another shot we called to schedule another appointment. The lack of communication within corporate is horrible. It is good to know the company is doing well but do not think it should take over 5 months to schedule an appointment. I called in August to schedule something and kept getting pushed back. I called and left a message the first week of November and it took 3 weeks for someone to return my call. That is just not acceptable. As a corporate woman my customers would not understand if I took 3 weeks to return a call and I expect the same from those I do business with.

For the second cleaning I paid extra for the windows, baseboards and walls to be cleaned and was disappointed at the outcome. Judy did a good job cleaning the windows but the baseboards and walls are another story. Most baseboards were wiped down but a few were completely missed. With the walls I know she wiped them but there were spots that made it appear nothing was done. There is a spot on the wall right by the kitchen that had something on it that was not removed. I was able to remove it with a little magic eraser, so I know it was possible and simple. An additional $80 for a service half done is not worth it. I feel like it was a complete waste of money. I emailed corporate to let them know my disappointment an no one ever responded.

Another disappointing thing was that little to no dusting was done. In the family room the coffee tables and mantle were not touched (there was crumbs on the coffee table). In my room one of the cleanest rooms in the house only parts were dusted and I dust every week so it wasn’t much. The bathrooms were wiped down but not scrubbed. My tub still had a soap ring around the base; again this is cleaned weekly so it shouldn’t take much.

We gave TOW 2 chances that turned into 4 and that was way too many.

I purchased 2 cleanings through zspotlight hoping to build a relationship for future cleanings. I called at the end of July to schedule a cleaning in August and I was told to call back in a week. I called back the following week to schedule a cleaning and was told they were booked. Luckily I was called a couple of days later and they scheduled me for a morning (8-9 a.m. arrival) cleaning. I asked for that because I have a toddler who naps in the afternoon. Unfortunately, no one came so I called the office at 9:15 and was told that someone would call me back in 15 min which no one did. I called back and they put me through to Sara and Sara said that someone called me last week to reschedule which was untrue. Then I was told that the lady who was suppose to clean my house was sick but someone would be here between 12 and 1 that afternoon and, of course, no one showed. I called the office at 2:20 and Sara called me back and said the lady just arrived at the house which was true. Needless to say Sara and I got into a shouting match over the phone. This company is very unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'll be surprised if they stay in business.
