I called Superior last night when I got home from work and found my freezer was starting to thaw. They sent a very polite repair man (Matt) to my house first thing this morning. He knew exactly what was wrong, explained why the part had failed, and had it working like new in less than an hour.

Its nice to find a company that still goes the extra mile for their customers and shows up on time!!!

came to fix our dishwasher. he not only fixed it, but he also gave me information on products to use to make it work more effectively. i would recommend this company to everyone!!!

We called Superior for our fridge repair. They arrived within hours, had the part that it needed in their truck, and got it fixed after 2 other companies tried and failed. The guy even cleaned the coils and fixed the ice maker for free!!!
