Sterling Foam

For literally two decades, I had trouble with a leaking roof and could not find a competent roofer, let alone a good one. Until I researched foam roofing and hired Sterling Foam. Evan and his crew did an amazing job of repairing and/or replacing bad lumber (which previous roofers never did) and ensuring a consistent and even application of foam. There is not one spot on my roof where water puddles, something some foam roofers don't think about, and water is deadly on roofs, even foam. It's been five years since Sterling did the work, and recently when I've had some repair work done on a second story facia and thought the problem was caused by a leak (which it wasn't), Evan was pleasant and very willing to come re-foam the area. It turned out to be a construction problem instead, but I was so impressed with how Evan was willing to stand by his guarantee that I decided to write a review. If you have a flat roof and want a reliable roofer who does foam, you won't find anyone better than Sterling Foam. Their work is clean, efficient, and reliable. You won't find a better roofer than Sterling Foam.

The guys were very easy to work with and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the job. They kept the area neat during the job ( it was a fairly large office building so they were there about 21/2 weeks) and cleaned up daily. All the tenants said that there were no interuptions to their work (although one day the roofers had to turn off a couple of the air conditioner units for about 2 hours). The roof looks really great as well. Ill never do tar and gravel again.
