Silver State Carpet Care

This is the worst company I have ever worked with! They told me on the phone that it would be $49 and then if my carpet needed extras they would go over it with me then. I know they my carpet is old and it always needs some pre-treaters. When they came to my house they said they needed to do a test spot to see what it was going to take to get it clean, i said that was fine. They did the spot right in the middle of my livingroom. Then they got out a clip board and said that it was going to be over $200! I said I was not going to pay that. Then we spent about 10 mins haggeling only to have him call his boss and haggle with him for another 10 mins. I finanly got them to do it for $100. It took them 1 hr. to clean 3 rooms.



It has been 8 hrs and my carpet is still wet! There is a film over my carpet and it smells horrible!!!!!! The more it drys the worst it looks. I could have done a better job with one of those $20 rentals from the store and done it myself. Looking on other sites I wish I would have seen them before I called them. All the reviews say the same thing.



DONT EVER USE THEM!!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
