I called Ricks because it was the first wrecker service that my phone came up with. The were very through and professional on the phone. They showed up quick and got my truck loaded quick and safely. Delivered the truck to my home. The driver Bryan was friendly and very professional. And best of all the price was affordable.
I will only call Ricks in the future.

My truck broke down while I was out of town and Ricks was the first person i found so I called him and at first it was a very great experience, he showed up within an hour on a sunday seemed very professional. He called me on monday and gave me the price for the work and it was overpriced however I did request all factory toyota parts, and I didnt really have a choice due to me being out of town. Later that day they called looking for the tool for the locking lug nuts. (Most shops have a master set for those) after they couldnt find it I had to pay extra for them to break the lug nuts and put brand new ones on... Then after I picked up my truck I noticed that they did not install the factory parts I requested and they did not include an alignment like they said they would over the phone. WHO DOES ALL FOUR BALLJOINTS ON A VEHICLE AND DOES NOT ALIGN IT?!?!?! Oh wait, Rick's Auto Repair and Towing in Bridgeport, Tx. Dont use them they will take advantage of you.
