my step daughters car was vandalized and she had no insurance. it needed 2 windshields and 4 tires. original quote was 700.00 with towing she made him aware it would be over a week before she would have the money. when he called to say it was ready he told her it was now 820.00 because of towing fees are you kidding me? then when she went and paid for the repairs he didnt want to give her a receipt stating he didnt know where his receipt pad was, she demanded a receipt and got a generic one with no itemization, unfortunately she didnt know to ask for that but shouldnt have had to from a reputable business man that is. after she left he called her and told her she only gave him 820.oo and the bill was 920.00 he now stated that he had to fix a battery cable and when he called around they cost 75.00 ( seriously? eventhis woman isnt that stupid) beware do not use this business!!!!

I spoke to Randy and he was all the way in Eastpoint, Mi., which is quite a ways from Wixom. But he made sure I was taken care of and gave me the best price! Thank you for the excellent service!!
