Prestige Delivery Systems

Our business orders from Office Depot, they use Prestige Delivery as a third party service. Over the last year we have had one terrible experience after another with these folks. When the business upstairs orders this particular man refuses to take the delivery upstairs and wanted us to sign for the delivery to our lower hall. We refused.

A week later we ordered from Office Depot, same third party delivery. Our order was much smaller. The guy carried it upstairs, despite the fact that the box was clearly marked "lower". He left the order in the hall upstairs and left without a signature.
I had no idea it had been delivered to that back hall until I called looking for my order & found that it was tracking as delivered. After this happened a third time Prestige promised that they would not send the same delivery person again.

I just ordered from office depot again, guess what my order tracked delivered, I checked in the back upper hall, there it was, clearly marked with our company name and "lower" on the label. The delivery person signed for it himself. They are again saying they will pull the guy from this route. Do not trust them!
