Plumber

Great service from these folks. On time and according to estimate. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous workers got our sewer piping back in order so we could get on with our lives. And they did it all on such a chilly day with four inches of new snow on the ground. We're very happy with the work.

I had a plumbing problem on a Sunday night, and called Roto-Rooter. The plumber came out faster then the estimated time, answered all of our questions, fixed our problem quickly, and the fee was within the estimated cost given over the phone.

Hired Roto-Rooter, and they were at the house within 30 minutes of the phone call to them. Our sewer line was plugged somewhere under the yard. The technician showed me what he was doing, put the camera down the pipe to show where the problem was, and routed it several more times to make sure it was clear. He spent more time at the job to make sure it was right. Over the years we have tried other plumbers only to find they are "too busy", or charge way too much over the quote. Roto-Rooter is always hired by us and always gets the job done right the first time. We will call them next time. A+

We were very very pleased with Roto Rooter. We found them to be very prompt , courteous, and fairly priced. When we called on the 26th, we were expecting family for Christmas and we explained that to Rob (the serviceman on call) and he not only showed up and got our drains open before family arrived but was efficeint and very courteous. Got the job done in a timely manner and left absolutely no mess.
