I had a Life Fitness Elliptical Trainer that was in my basement for 7 years. I wanted to have it moved upstairs. I was looking for a professional company not just to move it, but to properly disassemble, and reassemble. Penn Fitness Movers is the only company that I found who does this type of work, and more importantly, very familiar with my elliptical machine.

They were able to fit me in the schedule soon after I called, and they arrived promptly, as agreed.

I highly recommend this company if you are moving into a new house, or just moving your equipment. Great team.

My experience with the Penn Fitness Movers was great! My treadmill and exercise bike had to be dismantled and put together again in my new home.

The movers were very professional and working with a smile. The exercise bike did not need a lot of work so Mike told me he would do it for free. I just paid for the treadmill.

Don’t waste your time with these people. I had arranged for them to move our Sole E35 elliptical and they called two days before the appointment to cancel. They said they’d moved one like it the previous week and couldn’t get it working so had decided not to move this brand/model again. So my husband and I did it ourselves. It took longer than it should have, mostly because we were really tired and kept dropping screws inside which meant taking more apart, but we got it back together, it works perfectly, and we saved $400. I really don’t understand how they can hope to build a business this way, but save yourself a phone call and find someone else to do it, or do it yourself.

We called Mike to breakdown our exercise equipment last year when we moved to Florida which they did for $300. We returned to the Delaware area in November and moved into our home. We had them over again to reassemble the equipment December 17th and paid another $300. We were satisfied with their service and tipped accordingly. I did not get to use the treadmill until 8th of January (too busy unpacking, etc.) and it made a loud grinding noise. I left a message for Mike who returned my call. I asked if someone could just come over and look at the treadmill and tell us what he thought .He was very defensive and argumentative and took no responsibility for this whatsoever. I tried telling him we were not blaming him but just wanted someone to come out and take a look and we would even pay them. We were just looking for a starting point and since they assembled the treadmill they seemed like the logical place to start. He told us that he was not pulling one of his people off a job to come to us – period. We thought that since we used him twice he would have been more responsive and at least willing to send someone to look at the treadmill but we were very wrong. All that matters is the almighty dollar and customer service is gone here.

These guys were the best! After a heavy investment in my home gym that includes a treadmill, elliptical, and a gym I was worried on who would be able to break this product down and move it. I was lucky to have their name (Penn Fitness Movers) passed along to me from another family that had their equipment moved. They were knowledgeable of my product and most of all they were professional and polite. I would highly recommend Penn Fitness Movers to anyone.
