        Overall

        I was impressed with John, he came and had my Grandfather clock working within 15 minutes. He is very Knowledgeable with Clocks and is very Courteous, and Yet Professional, and his Prices are very fair. I will continue to use him in the future.

        TIme Did Not Fly

        Owner seemed like a nice person, knowledgeable and charged a fair price. However, despite being told that my clock repair would take 6-8 weeks, it actually took 16 weeks to get my clock back. I can't complain about the repair job because the clock is working again, and the work comes with a one year guarantee, but the time it took to get it back and the apparent lack of customer service will keep me from using this business again.
