The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in solving my mouse problem! He was very polite and respectful of my home and explained everything he was doing to help get rid of the mice! I even signed up for a yearly program where he will come out and treat on a regular basis so I don't have a problem in the future! Excellent service!

I had a quarterly contract with this company for years. The contract states that they will schedule and charge for service quarterly and will return in between if there is a problem with no additional charge. They were prompt and courteous for my appointments. Then I had a problem and needed them to come in between scheduled appointments. Contracted customers are supposed to receive priority service. I had a difficult time getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and finally settled on an appointment 2 days after my call. I was not happy as I had an ant problem and didn't feel that I should have to wait for 2 days. They, then, didn't show up for this appointment. When I called to find out where they were, they apologized and said that there was a scheduling mistake. I would have to wait another 2 days before they could get someone to my house. As far as I'm concerned they should have come out the day that I called or possibly the next day but they expected me to wait 4 days. To me, this is not showing loyalty to a contracted customer. I quickly canceled my contract with this company and never even got a call apologizing for the lousy treatment.
