These people have no customer service skills and are so shady and disgusting. The female I spoke with Is a flat out liar, and actually believed her own lies. Stated there were no signs that said either permit sticker or permit placard could be used to show proof of being legally parked in visitor space. Sign is posted and hard to miss. Towed my guest's truck illegally, and actually listed another resident as the one who called. The resident was parked in his space three spaces down from where my friend parked in Visitor space legally. This company is so shady and disgusting. The tow company they used are in an empty building that was busted a while back for an illegal dispensary. Completely empty, woth only a card machine, and no computer. The sign for service rates is so messed up that you cannot even understand the rates properly because it was obviously taken from some other business, and they covered up some proces by scratching and taping BS on it. Be C areful everyone. Watch your card charges very carefully. I called and spoke to my card rep, and gave them a head's up on the shady way the transaction was dealt with. Very rude, and, unprofessional, and disgusting customer service transactions.. They deserve negative ratings, but cannot go lower than this.
