        Overall

        These grills are a complete waste of money. They look like some kids did them in shop class. I have had mine a little over a month. Quality is not a concern for this company.



        First when I got it the pieces that come in the box were damaged. I was told it was because of freight.

        The pieces that were there were put together have no concern. The expanded metal was not the right size for the shelves. They built up the weld to try and make it fit.

        The shelves inside the grill does not fit. You have to force them in and out.

        The grill lets more heat escape than it keeps in because the doors and the emblems they put on

        The faster wheels are harbor freight at best I feel like when I move it around they will fall off

        The frame is supposed to be held together by nuts in bolts only a few by the way. They also have used plastic locking nuts on a grill that will get to over 300 degrees. The frame itself has to be adjusted every time I use it because it is falling over.

        The shipping took an extra 4 weeks

        Over all this is the worst grill I have ever bought. I paid over 800 dollars with shipping. I really feel like I got ripped off.

        I will be contacting them forma second time to see if we can get this resolved.
