Main Line Personal Trainers provide fitness professionals to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Each member of our team is a graduate of a major university and/or carry a nationally recognized certification. We specialize in weight loss, athletic training, body shaping/toning, and sport specific training. Your trainer will design a strength, conditioning, and nutrition program tailored specifically to your needs with periodic adjustments based on your progress. We keep your interest and motivation high by introducing you to a very diverse workout regimen including weight training, plyometrics, cycling, kick boxing, and various other activities. We are with you every step of the way!
