        Used this company based upon ads I've seen. Big mistake. Was quoted a price on the phone for simple faucet install. Plumber showed up, fixed the faucet and gave me a bill without cost breakdown. Bill was three times the quote on the phone. Called the office and spoke with receptionist. Asked for another invoice showing a price breakdown. Received the invoice with one line ... Plumbing Service $300.00. that's it, that simple. Had another job a week later and called T.R. Johnson. Plumber came out, looked at the job and said, 'I can come out and do this after I get off work and it will only cost you half the price." Showed up later that afternoon in a company truck, did the job and charged me three times the estimate. Said he was using company truck and their supplies (no supplies were needed ... I provided everything). Said,

        "Sorry, call me again when you need some work done." Don't think I will be calling them again. As for the stars, this company gets a -5 star rating. A bad experience from the start. Do not use this company unless honesty, integrity, good work and cost means nothing to you.
