This business is very unprofessional and the reps are very rude. The lady I spoke with wasn't trying to help me at all. Then I requested a manager and after a minute pause she said she was the manager. Even further, she simply hung up on me. When I tried to call back, my number was blocked and kept on going to the voice mail. Their rates are extremely high. My car was towed at 2am. I came to get it out at 7:30am, which was about five hours later and they charged me $285. Pretty much if you have to deal with this place, you in deep trouble.
