Jays Movers

I do not see how this company is still in business. We had the same experience with them as the previous 2 reviewers. Had been told days before and even 1 day before they were to arrive that cash payment on day of services was fine. Being a single woman I did not want to pay any money before they showed up. Was assured several times that was FINE. The day they were to arrive- NO SHOW! Called them 30 times between 6 am and 8 am. They wouldn't answer the phone. Finally had a call from a different person on behalf of Jay's Movers that the reason they didn't show was that I hadn't paid a deposit that they sent at Midnightvthe night before. BS! BS person & BS company. Do not use them.

I would not do business with this company. Providing them with a 1 star is too much. I contacted this company on September 18 to inquire and get a quote on a move. they replied and and on September 20th I set the move up for Thursday September 22nd. I confirmed on the morning of the 22nd for 5pm. I texted them at 4:45pm and they responded that they were running behind b/c of another job but was in route. I did not hear anything else from them. I texted and called from 5:30 to 6:30. They did not show ever. At 5:30 I begin to be sent to voicemail. No one did not call me the next day to apologize or explain what happened.

On Monday September 26th, I called from my phone and another number. I received voicemail from my number but the phone rang with the other number, letting me know my number had been blocked. A female answered and I asked to speak to someone in charge and explained what happened, she put me on hold and hung up.
PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, BAD SERVICE

This company is Very Unprofessional. We scheduled them to move us and they did not show when they said they would and then when we called they said they told us it would be within 2 hours which was a LIE. We tried to call them to see what was going on and they said they were cool and that they would not be moving us.

Jay's Movers was very professional and very nice. They took care of my belongings and moved them in a timely manner. They exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them to my friends and family anytime!
