I called to reserve a cab for tomorrow at 5:45am and the lady basically rushed my info out of me and rushed off the phone without confirming any of the info I gave her. So I called back to confirm the time and the price and that SAME FEMALE said that they don't reserve cabs, that I would have to call back in the morning for the cab...wait but didn't you just say...ok fine, I won't be getting my cab tomorrow morning. Literally 10 seconds later I hear a constant horn honking outside, lo and behold it was the cab( that I reserved for tomorrow at 5:45am coming to pick me up at 8:30 tonight). I went outside and tried to explain the situation to the cab driver and was greeted with surely attitude and was told that if I didn't pay $4 right now (no go fee) that I wouldn't be getting a cab (that I wasn't already getting) in the morning. Sooooo I guess I can go open my own cab company and go to random people's houses and honk my horn until they come out and tell them that they owe me $4 and if they don't pay me right now, that I will NEVER pick them up! -5 stars!!!!

I waited for over 2 hours for a cab and ended up walking 3 miles home with my 2 small children my 14 year old cousin and my mother at 12am because they never showed up to get us. When I called to talk to a supervisor and explained my situation they told me it was my problem and if I didn't like it I could walk. What kind of professional does that?
