I had Harold install an AC unit in 2010, right off, he did not wire it up right and blew a panel off my house where the grounding rod goes into the ground. To this date it has never kept my house cooler than 78 degrees during the heat if the day. I was told it was my fault. That I needed soffit vents on my house, I added them no change. Then I was told I did not have enough insulation in my attic, so added insulation, no change. I even have a room without a vent he was supposed to put in. My unit has broken several times once my blower fan ran for 3 monthe straight while he was trying to fix it. The last straw here recently was when the unit froze up and he said he would be here within the week to take a look at it. I got home tonight at 9 oclock and it was froze up again, I would not recommend this guy to tie my shoes let alone install an AC unit. York or Colman if you read this, I hope you pull this guy's license to install your products.

I gave Harold at H and S a month to order parts for my system. I was very patient with him and tried not to bother him more than necessary. 2 times he missed the appointment he made and finally he stopped returning my calls and had us waiting all day with no reason or even an idea if he would show up. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere!

They installed our new furnace in Sept. 2012. Their service and knowledge were very impressive. Also their prices were reasonable:)
